Chinese Clay Cooking pots also known as a "Sand Pot", these pots have a glazed interior and come in a variety of sizes and shapes. These have become increasingly hard to find in China due to the production of aluminium and stainless steel. Use and care instructions are included with the pot, do not preheat your oven place pot in oven and set the temperature so the pot gradually heats up, traditionally the clay pot is served straight from the oven to the dinner table.
