100% Pure. No Colours Or Additives. Store in a cool dry place. Cloves are the dried buds of a tropical evergreen plant (Eugenia Caryophyllus). Picked when turning from pale green to a pinkish red they are dried to a deeo rich brown. Used in all types of cooking, both sweet and savoury, they feature in many international Spice Mixtures from Chinese 5 Spice to Garam Masala as well as in traditional British Cooking. We recommend that this product be put into an alright container as soon as the sachet is opened. Allergen Information: Packed in a factory which handles celery, wheat, mustard and sulphur dioxide.
