Orders

Can I place an order without registering?

No, you have to register as a member to place an order. However, you can still browse products and check out the HiYou website before you register. Registration is free and there is no obligation to shop after you have registered. Register now!

What if products are damaged or spoiled?

HIYOU will replace or refund products that are damaged, spoilt, or out of date. We will also replace or refund products if the wrong product was picked or if a product was not included in your original order.

What if items are out of stock?

Being one of the largest online supermarkets in Newcastle, we endeavour to always have your requested items in stock. However, sometimes this is not possible. If any of your chosen products are found to be out of stock after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you directly regarding delivery arrangements.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Click & Collect

What proof of ID do I need to bring for click & collect?

Please bring your order number and photo ID. Unfortunately we will be unable to give you the shopping without any forms of ID.

Can somebody else collect my shopping for me?

Yes, if you have a copy of the confirmation email with order number. Unfortunately without this we will not be able to give you the shopping.

When can I collect my shopping?

Once your order is ready we will send you email saying your order is ready to be collected. You can then collect your order any time between 11am to 8pm everyday (except New Year’s Day and Christmas Day).
