- Boil the required amount of water and add the seasoning packets. Leave boiling for about a minute
- Drop the noodles in gently – and don’t break them in half! Submerge them under the water for approximately 2 minutes.
- To slow the cooking process down and avoid soggy noodles, pull the noodles apart in the water and slowing move them from side to side for a couple of minutes
- If you prefer dryer noodles then let the water almost evaporate. If you prefer your ramen noodles the traditional way, then served in a bowl with the stock and add whatever garnishes you like
