Cooking method
For best results bring 1½ cups of water per every cup of Green Dragon Thai Fragrant Rice to the boil in a heavy saucepan. Cover the pan, reduce the heat and simmer the Green Dragon Thai Rice for 18-20 minutes until the water has been absorbed then remove your pan of Green Dragon Thai Rice from the heat, keep the pan covered and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
