Seasoning Instructions: These woks are protected by an anti rust oil and must be thoroughly cleaned with hot water and washing up liquid then dried immediately. Season the pan by wiping the entire inside surface with cooking oil. Pour approximately 5mm layer of oil into the pan and bring to a high temperature, when a smoke haze appears remove from heat and wipe with paper towel. Your pan is now ready for use. Always ensure there is enough oil in the pan for the food you are preparing and cook on a low to medium heat. After use wipe with paper towel and store for future use, if you need to wash the pan ensure it is completely dry and lightly oiled before storing.
